Design and build/create:
-Sign posts to place in the affected facilities to make the pupils aware of the problem (Low Cost, materials are easily avaliable and is easy to set up)
-A register system that pupils must fill in before use of the facilities, and place a security camera on the register (in which the must fill in name, date and time) to ensure proper useage (High Cost, fairly difficult to obtain and install)
-Create penalities for those who abuse the facilities (No Cost (Only Time))
-Create specific times for the use of the facilities, however exceptions will be allowed for pupils with certain health conditions (No Cost (Only Time))
